Queen Victoria Market

Wednesdays: 5 – 10pm

Melbourne’s original favourite Night Market returns to Queen Vic Market for a huge Summer Season. Sip refreshing fruit cocktails at the new Palm Springs bar. Browse all the delicious food stores and try some street food. There is also live music and a game on the pop-up volleyball court.

Lunar New Year at Crown

Get excited for the upcoming Lunar New Year! Don’t miss the fun when the Year of the Rat begins on Jan 25! Crown Entertainment Complex’s atrium will be transformed into beautiful installations of the 12 Chinese zodiac animals. Crown’s Riverwalk is hosting a Hawkers Bazaar too, on 31 January-2 February. Enjoy free live music, lion dances and a fireworks display. Don’t forget to enjoy the spicy scents of many Asian food stalls.

Light Up Melbourne Festival

The festival will light up Melbourne with bigger-than-life custom-built lanterns, a variety of stalls showcasing Asian culture, traditions and cuisines set up along the bank of the Yarra River. The festival displays will include nine major lantern light installations, with the ‘Eternal Dragon’ as the main display as well as Majestic Flying Cranes, the Panda Village and Bamboo Walk.
